Neither do I. This method isn’t made to keep you locked up in the gym 2 hours a day, 7 days per week. Anyone who is doing that isn’t being efficient with their time, and doesn’t really understand how training works.
With my system, you don’t have to waste time working out hard.

PRICING
All training is custom based on your level. We might start you at 1x per week. Maybe you’re ready to do 2 or 3x per week. We’ll workout at the gym most convenient for you – or at your home-gym with added fees for travel.
First Workout is $150 in gym, $200 at home gym. Workout 1x together, then we’ll decide if we’re gonna commit to a package.
