RESULTS WITH DAN
When I started training there was a diversity of options. It felt like there were right & wrong answers of how you should train to look and feel great. Dan helped me realize how uncomplicated a healthy lifestyle can be.
When I train now, I aim to replicate the training style that Dan taught me. I know I can have a great, time efficient workout if I stick to proven exercises that I enjoy consistently.
The most valuable point of my fitness journey was accepting that the best fitness regimen I could follow is the one I enjoy and keep doing. Dan was pivotal in helping me explore what I like in an engaging way.
Don’t let yourself continue to wonder about how the leap could change your life. I passed dans gym hundred of times before I decided to walk in. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it or not. The most important thing is giving yourself the opportunity. Dan will give you the tools.
The most valuable part of working with Dan was learning how to push myself past levels I didn’t know I could reach. Truly working to failure not only improved my body, but my mental toughness.

I have been working with Dan for about 8 years now, he has helped me excel in high school athletics and achieve my dream of playing college baseball. Prior to this newest step in our journey I struggled with weight management after graduating college and finishing my athletic career. I wanted to maintain size and lose fat.
Dan has been nothing but a pleasure to work with since day 1! If you are someone who is on the unsure about working with Dan what I would tell you is that he has a wealth of knowledge on all things fitness! Aside from that he’s outgoing, an excellent listener, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals!
